Trusted Estate Sale Policies:
To maintain order and security, we use a Sign-in Sheet at the door. Limit 10 persons in the house at start of sale or when needed to prevent crowding. No large bags or purses will be allowed into the premises! We reserve the right to refuse admittance to any patron.
All sales are final at estate sales. No refunds, returns or exchanges!
Bring your own muscle and transportation – we do not provide assistance moving large or heavy items purchased during the sale. We allow up to two hours following closing time on the last day of the sale to remove all purchases from the estate property.
Please do not block driveway with vehicles unless authorized for parcel pick-up!
We are not responsible for injuries incurred on property. Please be respectful of others and conduct yourselves in a courteous manner and ENJOY the sale!
